Most in-stock items ship within 3-5 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring white-glove delivery, please allow 2-4 weeks for arrival depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Sloan ships exclusively within the continental United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders in the near future.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made upholstery and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to our carrier's portal to monitor your shipment's progress.
Are your wood products sustainably sourced?
Sustainability is a core value at Sloan. 90% of our wood furniture is crafted from FSC-certified timber or reclaimed materials to ensure a minimal environmental footprint.
